The PA CareerLink of Montgomery County helps local businesses find, hire, train and retain a premier workforce.  With an extensive database of job seekers, PA CareerLink is uniquely positioned to connect local companies with those candidates who fit their search criteria.
 
PA CareerLink, essential to Montgomery County’s economic development plan, serves as a one-stop location for people seeking jobs and employers seeking to fill jobs.  Operated by local economic and workforce development teams, the center offers businesses many free and low-cost services, including recruitment of new workers and information on training grants.  Every business uses PA CareerLink in their own way, some choose to post jobs to PA CareerLink’s online database, get help with pre-screening applicants and initiate on-site recruiting.  Others have used PA CareerLink’s expertise in identification of training resources, grants and labor market information.
